Get close to getting a decent experience when using the app to access your photos and videos of your trail, cam. Still show on the app. Have deleted every pic from the library inside the app. Says successful. Still keep showing up. Have logged out and even uninstalled/reinstalled the app. Pics won’t go away. The alerts to my phone are timely. The picture quality is excellent, day and night. Easy to set up and with the solar panel almost maintenance free. They blamed it on iOS but all my other alerts work. ### 1/5 — New Update *2026-03-15, version 3.4.2* The new update doesn’t load all the pictures anymore. You have to delete the 10-12 then reload to see the next 10-12.. Outdated systems *2024-12-16* A few years ago browning had one of the best camera apps on the market. The cameras were dependable. Customers service was excellent. Today that is no longer the case. Browning trail cameras have failed to keep up with the times. Their inability to service or access a camera remotely is a major inconvenience. This is especially true if you hunt more than a few minutes from your home. The cameras no longer sync reliably. Multiple times a month, sometimes multiple times a week even, the cameras will crash. This will force you to have to enter your area and do a manual reset and sync. Hopefully improvements will be made. People don’t use these cameras to take pictures in their backyard. They are used in the woods. On leases. In other states. Camera will not send pictures. You can’t get anything fixed without camera in hand. If it was easy for me to walk out there and pick it up I wouldn’t need the service. Tried twice to get it fixed. Won’t fix it. Won’t refund money for zero pictures being sent.
