Attach your phone to your punch bag at use one of our modes to push your reaction time to the limit!

View detailed graphs depicting your performance and share them with friends or coaches.

Advanced AI analysis will analyse your sessions providing detailed feedback and suggested sessions for the perfect workout!

Modes:
• Normal - train one specific technique over and over

• Random - challenge yourself by randomising your techniques throughout your training session with techniques with your choice

• Linked - use multiple phones to link them together to race and improve as a group; great for coaches and large groups!

• Directional training - train directions rather than techniques to improve your accuracy

• FREEBOX training - have a workout on the bag with timed and interval training sessions
