## What is STRIKR?

Most fighters hit the bag with no plan. Same three combos. Same pace. No pressure. STRIKR fixes that. STRIKR turns your boxing/heavy bag into a structured training session. Real-time audio callouts tell you exactly which combos to throw, so you stop going blank and start training with purpose. Used by Fighters across Boxing, Muay Thai, and Kickboxing. Choose your sport and let STRIKR run the round.

TRAIN WITH STRUCTURE, NOT GUESSWORK
Set your round length, rest time, and intensity. The app calls combinations throughout the round — you react and execute. Every session feels different because every session is built around your settings and your combos.

YOUR PERSONAL COMBO LIBRARY
Save every combination you learn in class straight into STRIKR. Name them your way, toggle them on or off, and build a library that grows with your skills. Combos you added in week one appear alongside week ten — forcing continuous recall and stopping you from losing techniques between classes.

RANDOM RECALL UNDER PRESSURE
STRIKR randomly selects from your active combos mid-round, just like sparring. No cherry-picking your favourites. No comfort zone. The randomness forces you to recall under fatigue, which is where real retention happens.

FULLY CUSTOMISABLE SESSIONS
Choose rounds from 1 to 10 minutes. Set your rest intervals. Dial intensity up or down. Save sessions that work and repeat them whenever you want. Your training, your rules — with the structure that separates serious fighters from people just hitting a bag.

### 1/5 — Tried the yearly plan

*2026-08-18*

Everything is gated being a paywall, but I still gave it a try. The result is not great: AI voice sounds a bit off and the app just calls out random combos, there is no real logic behind them. There are no tutorials on how to throw the punches, no programs…

I tried to customize it a bit, but the UI is confusing and I couldn’t really figure it out.

For the price there are much better apps out there.

### 2/5 — Waste of time

*2026-08-17*

It’s a good concept but you get 1 round free and then have to buy a subscription.

### 1/5 — Almost there

*2026-08-12*

Concept is really good- but you have to pay to use the app at ALL. Not like there’s a premium with more benefits- you can’t use any of the app for free. It’s $7 a month or $30 a year.

**Developer response:** Really appreciate you sharing this. A gym membership or private coaching usually costs a fair bit more each month - STRIKR was built to be a cheaper way to get that same structure and accountability for your training. The free trial means you can feel that for yourself before paying anything, and you can cancel any time before it ends.

### 5/5 — Awesome!

*2026-08-10*

Really useful and cheap app for training

**Developer response:** Glad you enjoy the app!

### 1/5 — Make a free version

*2026-08-07*

I am not paying for something that i can easily replicate. Make a free version thats 20mins free each day at least

**Developer response:** We appreciate the feedback.

Gyms and private coaching typically cost far more per month - STRIKR was designed to bring that same structure and accountability at a much lower price. You can try it during the free trial before spending a cent, and cancel any time before it ends

### 1/5 — .

*2026-08-03*

having to pay made it that much worse

**Developer response:** Hello,

We understand the frustration,

Compared to a gym membership or private coaching, which usually cost more each month, STRIKR was built to offer that same structure and accountability for less. The free trial means you get to try it first, at no cost, and you can cancel any time before it ends

### 3/5 — You get 1 round free then you have to pay a subscription or the app is unusable

*2026-07-04*

I did my first round and then the app asked me to subscribe and there was no x button so I closed the app and when i opened it again, it takes me back to the sub page with no other option. I really enjoyed the round tbf, it would call out a combo every 5 secs to do

### 5/5 — Great For Solo Sessions

*2026-06-22*

Amazing app! I train Muay Thai, Kickboxing, and MMA, and this app is amazing for solo bagwork whenever I'm not on the mats or at the gym, I'd highly recommend.

This app has also helped me increase creativity in combinations, and overall make my striking higher pace and more versatile. One criticism would be to add more strikes that can be called out such as Spinning Heel Kicks, Tornado Kicks and Side Kicks. Otherwise, very cool app.

James

**Developer response:** Thanks so much for the kind words James!

If you'd like to add some of those strikes called out (Spinning Heel Kicks, Tornado Kicks etc) You can add them into your custom combo library and set how often you want them called out!

Hope this helps!

### 3/5 — Forced Subscription

*2026-06-21*

Tested once, unable to use it again as any time I open the app, it forces me to subscribe to the free trial, no way out of it from what I can see, so it’s a full paid app

### 5/5 — Great training app. Using it daily 🥊

*2026-05-22*

Simple and effective interface with ability to customize based on skill level and intensity. Love it.
