After moving to Strimix Pro, it has gotten better. Not just that it's gotten better by replacing other IPTV app I had. All of my past information and data was smoothly transferred over to this version. I appreciate "Apple-native" feels, all my devices are synced perfectly. The Ul is clean and fast (I would love if a feature is added to have background screen functionality so I don’t have to pause the playtime while replying to a message). But I often start a movie on my iPhone while cooking and continue it later on my iPad thanks to the Continue Watching.. small detail, but it makes a big difference. No ads, no nonsense. I just bought the lifetime subscription and I feel relaxed now If you're looking for a reliable IPTV player that feels polished than generic, Strimix Pro is best.. this comes after using multiple apps before. ### 5/5 — Smooth and Reliable IPTV Player *2026-04-11* Clean and easy-to-use IPTV player. While the app works well for most users, a few IPTV providers do require a different configuration. ### 1/5 — Title: WARNING: Avoid "Strimix PRO" – Broken app, arrogant developer, and nonexistent support *2026-07-16, version 1.35* Hey everyone, Just wanted to put out a warning for anyone looking at iOS/macOS IPTV players and considering buying Strimix PRO (especially their $59.99 lifetime option). While the UI looks modern, the app is fundamentally broken and the developer's attitude toward paying customers is absolutely toxic. The Issue The app frequently throws a critical API error that locks you out completely: "[API] x Profile | Device conflict - Serial Number mismatch. Please contact your provider to register this device."⁠ The "Support" When you reach out to the developer to report this issue with their app's device configuration and API, they completely refuse to take responsibility. Instead of helping, they get hostile and dismissive. When I brought this up, the developer literally told me: I have told you this before too, you can either complain or work with me to help solve issue." They expect paying customers to debug their poorly written software, while constantly blaming the user or the IPTV "provider" for what is clearly a device-conflict bug on their end. My Advice: Save your money. Do not spend $60 on a lifetime license for an app run by a developer who treats customers like garbage when their own code fails. If you have already purchased it and are experiencing this, go to reportaproblem.apple.com, request a refund, and file a formal complaint under Section 5.6 of the Apple Developer Code of Conduct for abusive/unprofessional behavior. There are plenty of other IPTV players on Apple devices with actual customer support and working APIs. Avoid Strimix. ### 1/5 — Still Needs Work *2026-06-18* App does not update to new version on Apple TV. It just closes without any action. Sync features still a work in progress. **Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback. The Apple TV update issue has now been resolved. Sync improvements are also ongoing and will continue to get better with future updates. Appreciate your support and patience. ### 1/5 — Untreatable *2026-06-13* Before early users were told it will be free but then new version released because moving to paid model, developer should have kept old customers on pro version by default or issued lifetime pro codes as thank you to try the app & give feedback. **Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback. It immediately informs that there is an update and sends you back to the App Store, where it is the same version. Trying to enter the Setup section repeatedly leads to black screens with no escape to a previous menu.
