Takes upto 10 days to receive funds not instant payment as advertised

Have to manually refresh to get the current day Gross volume. Gets old real fast. Even if I manually refresh several times there seems to be a multi hour delay in future payouts and incoming earnings. Also why even show incoming earnings? Just show future payouts. Less confusing!

My whole business is through the phone. Funds brought in were channeled into a holding account with no option to move the funds to my bank, despite linking my bank account with the initial set up. After going in circles with the AI bot, I did get an actual person’s help , via email, a day late. She was helpful, but explained that the mobile app does not do everything Stripe offers and it would be best to find a computer to use. 
The phone app should have the same functionality as the pc / iMac one, especially since I originally engaged with this app as a mobile phone user. 
It’s also not as intuitive to use as it should be. 
I like the invoicing feature, but overall am feeling unhappy squiggles about Stripe.

I gave up trying to open an account for a non profit account. It is so unnecessarily complicated. I opened a SumUp account to take payments very easily.

DO NOT USE THIS APP unless you to stay sick to your stomach and in a headache it is the WORST business app I have ever used. They randomly closed my account, KEPT MY MONEY and never returned an email, a message, nothing. I would NEVER use them especially if I wanted to actually make money from my business. Also, OPEN CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated and will be taking this is a higher legal matter if the refund is not made in an appropriate amount of time.
