They kept over $7000 to themselves. I did submit my appeal which proves my business is legit and active for over 2 years , even with their invasive request of past 6 months business bank statements, and they still denied me. They claim they are holding the money and will refund my clients in SEVEN DAYS. They play this game with the sellers so they can keep their money, use the money for investments and then refund a week later. Ridiculous and absurd. I did that & they said that I needed to speak to a certain rep who was the liaison but when I tried to get a call back from Stripe Express, no one ever called. It kept changing from 3 min to 7 min, etc. Today I tried chat again & even tho I screenshot them the chat, they said they could not help me. They are supposed to deposit to my savings but keep sending it as if it is being deposited in a checking account. Account number is correct but the ACH code is wrong. No one will help me with this & it’s become a big hassle. Check the box for savings & uncheck the box for checking. How difficult can it be? But I think I found a bug. Since it’s the new year 2026, the yearly amount of earnings should have gone back to $0 but it didn’t. The “All” tab should show the total amount. But currently both the all tab and the yearly tab show the total amount earned.
