Very accurate body scan, very close to my DEXA scan score. App is very user friendly as well. The preset workouts are a game changer, not forcing me to input my own workouts every single time. This app definitely helps me keep accountable as well. Would love to see an additional diet feature, and progressive overload feature implemented too. Will for sure be a lifetime subscriber.

I use this app all the time, and it helps me be more consistent with the gym and helps me gauge whether to work out depending on the fatigue score.especially the body fat% it is helping me properly see progress every week

This app is such a game-changer! The AI body scan feature that tells you your body fat percentage is super accurate and motivating. I love how easy it is to track my workouts and reps—it keeps everything in one place, so I don’t lose track of my progress.
My favorite part, though, is the pet companion! It’s so fun and unique. The way the pet’s physique changes as it “works out” with you makes staying consistent feel like a game, and it definitely keeps me accountable.
Overall, this app is not only helpful for reaching fitness goals but also makes the whole process more enjoyable and engaging. Highly recommend!

Strize is the best habit and workout tracker I’ve used. The daily streaks and pet gamification keep me motivated, and the body scans are a game-changer for seeing real progress. Clean design, easy to use, and way more fun than other fitness apps.
