## What is STRMLYN?

STRMLYN is the operating system for travel nurses and assignment-based healthcare workers. One profile that follows
  you from contract to contract, and an honest dashboard for every part of the pipeline.

  WHAT YOU GET

  • Credentials — Track every state RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and beyond. Multi-state compact licenses are
  recognized automatically. Upload PDF copies of every card so you have them when credentialing demands them at 11pm the
  night before orientation.

  • Job pipeline — Pull live postings from Adzuna into Leads with one tap, or paste any job description and AI extracts
  the facility, location, pay, dates, shift type, and contract length. Save what looks real, archive what doesn't. Apply
  Assist dedupes against your submission history so you never accidentally apply to the same job twice through
  different agencies.

  • Submissions — One screen for every job your recruiters sent you out for. Source badges show whether a submission
  came from Adzuna, an email referral, a recruiter pitch, or your own paste. Status flows: draft → submitted → interview
  → offer → accepted.

  • Offers — Side-by-side comparison with real take-home math, not just the gross. Stipend vs taxable breakdown. GSA
  per-diem reference so you can spot an agency that's misclassifying wages before you sign. Scored on pay, location,
  recruiter responsiveness, and compact-license reach.

  • Calendar — Shift tracker that supports multiple concurrent jobs with color-coding per assignment. Schedule recurring
  series in seconds (daily, weekdays, custom weekday patterns, every N days), edit one occurrence without breaking the
  rest, delete an entire series in one tap.

  • Profile — Eight sections that mirror what credentialing actually asks for: basics, references, vaccinations +
  titers, generic documents, education, skills checklist, benefits, travel loyalty memberships (airline, hotel, rental
  car, TSA PreCheck / Global Entry). Each section persists with soft delete so nothing is lost when you reorganize.

  • Resume + AI review — Upload your PDF resume, pick any job lead, and STRMLYN scores it against the posting (ATS-style
  keyword match, gap analysis, three to five specific suggestions). Generate a rewritten version targeted at the lead
  with explicit anti-hallucination guardrails — the AI never invents experience you don't have.

  • Marketplace — When you land in a new city, find vetted services from other travelers already there (hair, fitness,
  meal prep, rides, sublet referrals).
