## What is Stroke Ward Care?

Stroke Ward Care is an interactive clinical pathway and revision tool for the acute management of ischaemic stroke on the ward. It guides healthcare professionals through eight structured steps, from stroke unit admission to discharge, with the checklists, targets and decision aids used in day-to-day stroke care.

Built for junior doctors, stroke and acute medicine trainees, ward nurses and allied health professionals, it turns published stroke guidance into a fast, tappable ward companion.
