## What is StrokeLab?

Turn a recorded tennis swing into a clearer practice plan.

StrokeLab helps you review your forehand, one- or two-handed backhand, and serve. Record a swing or import a video, see technique feedback, and choose what to work on next.

START WITH YOUR OWN VIDEO
Film from the side with your whole body and racket in view. Record a swing in the app or bring in a clip from your phone.

FIND A USEFUL NEXT STEP
See a main coaching priority, an exercise to try, and technique checkpoints. Open additional details when you want to understand the measurements behind the feedback.

PRACTICE WITH A FOCUS
Choose a whole-swing session, pick a specific focus, or describe what you want to work on. Record or import each rep and work through a guided set.

FOLLOW YOUR PATTERNS
Revisit saved sessions and track the share of measured checkpoints within the app's ranges. Switch between strokes in Progress to review your history over time.

KEEP YOUR FOOTAGE ON YOUR PHONE
Video and pose analysis run on your device. Optional cloud coaching uses stroke measurements to reword feedback; it does not receive your videos or frames. No account is required.

Good framing matters. Feedback depends on what the camera can see, and ball contact is estimated.

Build a repeatable practice habit, one swing at a time.
