A rebuilt puzzle library, and some important fixes.

• Fixed a bug where buying a hint pack could credit twice as many hints as it should
• Fixed hints being spent when you asked again for a hint that was already on screen — asking twice now costs nothing until you draw it
• You can now buy the one-time unlock straight from the hints screen, instead of being sent to another tab
• A completely rebuilt puzzle library: 708 redrawn picture puzzles across 36 worlds, plus a redesigned 4,860-puzzle Classic ladder with a calmer, more teachable start
• Removed duplicate puzzles from both tracks
• Corrected the world count shown on the Premium screen
