## What is Strokes.?

Strokes is a golf tracker that shows you where your round leaks shots, and what to work on next. Log your rounds fast, then use Strokes Gained to see where you actually lose shots: off the tee, on approach, around the green or on the greens.

TWO WAYS TO TRACK
• Easy mode: score, fairway, green and putts in a few seconds per hole. Free and unlimited.
• Pro mode: every shot with lie and distance. This powers your Strokes Gained analysis. Your first 3 Pro rounds are free.

EVERY FORMAT
• Stroke play, Stableford and match play
• Match play singles, foursomes and four-ball
• Tournaments over several rounds with their own summary
• 9 or 18 holes, start on hole 1 or 10

YOUR STATS
• Strokes Gained off the tee, approach, around the green and putting
• Pick your benchmark, from Tour pro to handicap 18
• Strokes Gained by distance
• Score trends, greens in regulation, fairways hit, putting stats
• Drill down to every single shot

COURSE MISSING?
Take up to 3 photos of the scorecard. Strokes reads par, length and stroke index for every hole and tee. You check the result and can play the course right away.

TRAINING & COACH (Strokes+)
• Training sessions with drills picked for your weakest area
• The Coach shows your biggest strength and the area with the most shots to gain

Your rounds sync securely across your devices. Data is stored in the EU.

STROKES+
Training, the Coach, and Pro mode with Strokes Gained after your first 3 Pro rounds are part of Strokes+ (monthly, 6 months or yearly; prices in the app). Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled anytime in your iPhone settings.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.8.1 — 2026-10-02

- Strokes Gained by distance for approach shots
- Scorecard import finds your course automatically
- Shorter setup when you start
- Full English translation, dates and numbers follow the app language
- Stableford shows your stroke count as the main number
- Lots of small fixes (deleting rounds, dark mode in scan, tabs)

### 1.8 — 2026-09-17

Was du eingetippt hast, bleibt erhalten.

### 1.7 — 2026-08-26

Social Login (Google + Apple)
