Just absolutely love this programme so so much
Nellys programme is the best. It’s for women, I’ve been with Nelly for 2 years, I’m stronger than I’ve ever been, can see results, am consistent. Even when I went to the gym did classes( have cancelled now) never saw results like I have doing strong for life.  30 mins is so doable in my work and family schedule and I make sure I make time for me to do it.
Nellys knowledge and dedication is the best. Thanks nels love ya

This programme has given me a new lease of life. I’ve always been active but hitting the menopause I felt lethargic and weak. From the first week on this course I feel more energetic and stronger and it’s help me in my sport and day to day life. I love the feeling I get after the workouts and the community is awe inspiring and very welcoming
