## What is Strong New York?

Strong New York is NYC's biggest fitness and wellness festival. This is the app that runs the floor.

Eight stations. One day. One leaderboard.

WHAT YOU DO HERE
• Register for the festival and pick your division
• Watch the demo video and read the judging standards for every station before you hit it
• Log your score at each station — one at a time, or the whole day on a single scorecard
• See exactly where you stand the moment you submit

HOW SCORING WORKS
Every station is worth 100 points. You earn a share of it against the day's best score at that station: your score divided by the best score, times 100. That means a 200-rep station can't outweigh a 25-calorie one — reps, calories, meters and pounds all count the same. Skip a station and it scores zero.

THE STATIONS
Strength ERG (max rep force), Row ERG, Bike ERG, Ski ERG, Sit Ups, Hand Release Push Ups, Deadlift, Pull Ups.

ON THE DAY
• A live countdown to the 9:00 AM start
• Check in at the door, then work the floor at your own pace
• Rankings filtered by division, gender and age bracket
• Chase the athlete one spot ahead of you
• A finisher card to share when you're done

Scores log even when the room's WiFi doesn't. Anything you enter offline uploads itself as soon as you're back on signal.
