## What is STRONG RUN Online Competitions?

STRONG RUN is an app for runners that organizes competitions in their cities. Runners will compete for prizes at various distances ranging from 200 meters to 10 kilometers. Experience the thrill of sports and running with STRONG RUN!

Log in through your Strava account. If you don't have a Strava account, sign up directly in the STRONG RUN app.
Choose your city from the list of available locations.
