I am loving this app I’ve been working out with the coach for four months now and alhumdullilah I can say I’ve been enjoying it so far 
She keeps you motivated and encourages you to keep working better for yourself and remaining fit and consistent 

She modifies workouts to your needs and she provides good advice for your life and overall fitness 

May Allah bless Umm e Sara for the hard work that she puts in to encourage Muslim women mothers and young girls to strive for a better healthy life style according to the Sunnah
