I sent them email which they never responded. Kerap kali juga mau book kelas online jd gagal huft kesal ### 1/5 — Tidak bisa top up credit *2026-02-02, version 3.21.2* Credit tidak bisa di top up uang nyangkut ### 1/5 — Payment *2025-11-26, version 3.21.2* I cant choose methode payment ### 1/5 — don't even bother downloading. *2025-08-21, version 3.20.5* as long as the best studios and gyms in jakarta still open bookings through whatsapp or other decent platforms, dont bother downloading. my class got rescheduled without my consent and when i asked for refund, the refund is still charged with a Rp. 3000 cancellation fee. i know that such amount of money is not a lot, but with the number of times my class got rescheduled or cancelled without my consent, it will be huge at a certain point. also, when class is cancelled after you pay with cash, they don't provide the refunds in cash too, but in credits that you cant redeem to cash. that can't be legal right? right? ### 1/5 — No more payment options *2025-05-13, version 3.20.5* Why is there only in-App payment that costs become 30% more than the class registered fee? There used to be an option to top up using virtual account or eWallet but not anymore. I want to register to a class for 100k IDR, using the top up feature, it leads me to in-App pay that suddenly charge a total of 129k IDR. That’s unfair and very misleading :( ### 1/5 — Holding customer money and availability is not updated *2024-03-28, version 3.19.1* So disappointed with this app. Don’t install or buy from them!! I booked two sessions and they were both cancelled on such a short notice. Cancellation reason varies from the event itself was cancelled or the class is overbooked! How on earth you ask someone to buy a class when availability isn’t updated in real time. Furthermore the app will hold your money. The balance cannot be transferred back to your account and you basically stuck! ### 3/5 — Can’t input birth date *2023-08-13, version 3.17.1* I cant input birth date, if i choose my birth year it will automatically turn to current date year. It seems bug cannot take previous year. Its only update if the year is current or in the feature.
