## What is StrongPath Wellness?

Finally. A wellness app you'll look forward to coming back to. A choose-your-path cozy mystery, where looking after yourself is the story, told a little at a time. 
Here's how it works.
Each book is six weeks. Each week is a chapter. Each day has a breakfast, lunch, and dinner path. At every meal, you choose: Cozy, Energizing, Gentle, or Quick. The app follows your lead.
Each meal path comes with guidance matched to the moment. Three story moments weave through your day, too, giving you something to read and restore between meals.
In Chapter Resources, you'll find your weekly meal prep guide and a movement guide built around the same four paths. No guessing. No pressure. Just open it and go.
Before Day 1 begins, there's a prequel. A book introduction that walks you into Hearthridge and introduces you to Mabel — the woman at the center of Book 1: The Light On Old Pine Road.
A mysterious light. A winter village. A rhythm that feels comfortable.
Progress is measured in chapters, not numbers.

Subscription Details
StrongPath Wellness offers auto-renewing subscriptions:

StrongPath Founding Member: $9.99/month (limited-time rate for early subscribers; price locks in for as long as the subscription remains active)
StrongPath Monthly: $14.99/month (will open once the Founding Member subscriber list is full)

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID Account Settings.
