## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — App no longer supported by developer

*2021-09-27, version 1.1.1*

The app is quite good, although I have emailed a couple of times and received no response about a logging query.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t even load

*2021-06-06*

I tried to write a workout and it won’t even load the screen. Don’t waste your time.

### 4/5 — Apple Watch

*2019-09-14*

Any plans for an Apple Watch app?

**Developer response:** Hi.
Thanks for the rating. I'm continually improving the app so I'd love to hear your thoughts on an Apple Watch app. Get in touch via: support@strongr-app.com

### 5/5 — Simple and effective

*2025-06-12, version 1.1.1*

No Nonsense app. Perfect without any fluff.

### 5/5 — Best app without subscription

*2021-10-27, version 1.1.1*

After the support for the best app for strength - Big Lifts 2 died off I struggled it find another app that performed as well.
This app allows for everything although I haven’t figured out how to change the rest periods yet but I’m sure it’s just a matter of fiddling with the settings.

### 5/5 — Customise and more!

*2020-05-26*

This app is awesome and exactly what I was looking for. No “we can get you your goals here’s a free week trial” this app let’s you make the exact workouts you want to do and the exact amount of weight and reps and everything. Highly recommend this app for the people who know exactly what they want to do and need a platform to put it on! Keep up the good work.

Only things I would want in future updates are an RPE button to custom what RPE you should be working at and one other thing is alongside the “next:” button while working out, put the weight next to it so we can get ready for our next workout a little bit better. But other than that to the makers of this app thanks so much 👌🏻

### 5/5 — Just right

*2020-03-16*

Its incredible this is the first app to actually get it right. A simple, nice looking design that helps you create and track everything without any difficulty.

### 5/5 — Straightforward training log

*2019-08-08, version 1.1.0*

Really easy to use to plan my 12 week training program. Remembers when I upped my weights during the last session and flexible enough to add extra exercises mid workout.

### 5/5 — Finally a weight training app I can use

*2019-07-27, version 1.0.2*

Really well designed. Perfect for tracking my workouts.

### 5/5 — Great App

*2019-07-18, version 1.0.2*

Loving it so far. The best thing: the large text and buttons when logging my gym session. Makes it easy to read and record even after a heavy lift :) Hope developers keep up the good work with future updates.

## Most praised reviews (1 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — 1 App for strength training 💪

*2019-06-28, version 1.0.1*

This app is perfect for tracking my weight training. It has all the right features and none of the clutter. Great to see my training volume per set AND per workout. Being able to adjust weights and reps with the slider is super cool too. Only just started using this app but it’s pretty awesome so far.
