The big change in this update: everything is now free.

All workout programs and exercises are unlocked for everyone. No more restrictions, just train.

To help support development, you'll now see a few ads in parts of the app. If you'd rather not see them, Premium removes all ads and includes some extra themes.

Also in this update:

Fixed a crash that could happen during workouts
Improved app stability and performance
Cleaned up and simplified the theme selection

Thanks to everyone who's downloaded Stronq, left feedback, and kept using it. More improvements are on the way.
