This iOS app is solid and the team at StructionSite has been quite helpful during our implementation at the job site. I lose about every third video walk and it is very frustrating. I deleted the app to see if it that would fix it and now every time I leave the app after logging in, I will come back and get an “Environment changed. User was logged out. ### 3/5 — Useful but frustrating. *2022-11-02, version 2.3.0* Really useful tool. Easy to use. Crashes the 360 walk every time someone call or something on my phone interrupts the app. ### 3/5 — Technical issues *2021-05-12, version 1.60.7* This app works great for progress photos and for rework. The draw back is that I frequently have to walk back to the job site trailer because the app stops working and says the drawings are out of date. I am the only one who updates the photos so I don’t understand why it does this. Especially when sometimes I have just updated the drawings a minute earlier. ### 3/5 — It has gotten better but I still lose 1 out of 4 videos *2021-03-22, version 1.60.6* When I video walk a floor and a walk goes over 6 minutes I usually loose it and have to redo it, but I have to wait for it all to upload to figure out which video did not upload. Not very helpful when you are in a time crunch. ### 4/5 — Excellent Platform *2023-12-21* We use StructionSite mainly for our weekly progress reports to the client. This is a major time saver compared to PowerPoint etc. It gives clients the ability to put themselves on the project from anywhere. Aside from progress reports, including StructionSite sheets as an RFI attachment gives the design team significantly more context which leads to quicker turn around times. There are some features I would like to see implemented, from what I understand they’re working on a few of these. In my opinion the platform is well worth the cost. ### 4/5 — Excellent way to collaborate *2023-04-27* The only issue I am having at present is getting Projects added, and available on my phone.
