This build improves the public project view (viewing another user's shared project):

• Spent amount now rounds to the nearest dollar (no more cents).
• The Spent value stays on a single line and auto-shrinks to fit, so it never wraps or looks cramped.
• Tap any project photo to open a full-screen viewer — swipe between photos with an X/Y counter.
• Fixed: photos now display correctly in the Photos section of public projects.
