Never in the calibration process do we get asked to perform refinement which is probably the most decisive step in calibrating your structure sensor. 

You should definitely change that and add it to the complete process of calibration. 

Once you do it the scanner works properly so the stars lost are mostly due to the time I lost finding the issue with my set up.

よく見たら私の持っているのは3D Systems のiSenseでした。
Structure Sensorと形状は同じものですが内部的には違うみたいです。
すでに3D Systemsは撤退しています。
ファームウェアのアップデートも終了しているためver.1.0.2からアップデートできません。今後対応される事は無いと思われます。
テクスチャがズレてしまう事を除けば使えない事もないのでキャリブレーションは諦めます。
でももし対応してくれたらありがたいですね。

I’ve been trying to get this app to work for four months. I have a mark ii and a 4th generation iPad Pro. The app will not recognize the scanner no matter what. Useless.

When I bought this in late 2019, it did not work (See or search  forum posts for similar comments) and trying this in November 2020  - calibrator still does not work. Worthless device, wasted money, company does not stand behind their flagship product for basic functionality.

Lo utilice en un ipad que tenía, esperaba poder utilizarlo ahora en un iphone7 plus para mejorar texturas, etc... y ahora resulta que como tengo un modelo fabricado por occipital pero que comercializó isense no tengo soporte y no lo puedo calibrar y la solución es que compre el mark II, no me parece para nada correcto, Edith muy decepcionado

Калибровка то виснет и выбрасывает то ей постоянно нахватает света.  Пробовал на разных устройствах. Все одно и тоже. Сканер исправен. Но откалибровать его не могу.

Same issue with iPad 6th generation.
Please fix it ASAP.

You need to start testing your app before you release updates. Your customers are trying to use their structure scanners but you make it really difficult.

The calibrator app freezes, crashes and runs super slow and can’t adjust the calibration on my iPhone XS Max (iOS 13.x) and the original structure scanner running FW v.2.0.

The scanner app runs out of memory if you try to use the improved tracker feature and has lots of issues with tracking in general.

Please restore basic functionality to your existing paying customers before you add new features!

I don’t know but I recently changed my iPhone and calibration is a headache asking me for x y z. I used to use with my iPhone without bracket.
I didn’t have this option before it was quite simple attach scanner choose your object in cube ready to go.
Now it’s really getting complicated.

At first I wasn’t sure if I had the measurements precise enough to calibrate correctly but everything seems to be okay. 

Now I can finally use my iPhone, which I always have on me, to capture people and objects in 3D. The best part is the color is not blurred on the app Scanner like it was in earlier versions. The renders are almost crystal clear. 

I can’t wait to see what else these guys come up with next.
