I upgraded our scanner due to the old one being retired but can not use the new one.  It will not calibrate.  Have left support multiple messages and no one calls back.  Tried to upload issue and was told can’t upload it and to call support.

This latest version of Structure app (v1.3) brings v2 firmware update for structure sensor as well. I've seen significant improvements of texture quality and resolution using the Structure sample Scanner app since This latest firmware, as well as improved and more consistent FPS when using Structure through uplink to Skanect. 
Firmware v2 builds on occipital's promise to move the Structure sensor forward. Steady software updates, sdk features and improvements for developers, a worthy update. Nice work Occipital!

I have the sensor.  It IS worthless.  And no app Occipital has written for it works even slightly.

The only app that does is ISeezIt - and that only for human head scans.

Complete waste of $350.

Huge improvement over earlier versions, but not stella in terms of results still. Takes many attempts in my experience and much patience to get decent results. There’s definitely a technique to use when driving the scanner. However if it keeps improving at this rate, there’s much to look forward too.

Wait to buy sensor. I'm giving this app 1 start because after exchanging lots of emails with structure support I was told that color and full body scanning was available and it is not. Lying to sell a product deserves 1 star in my book. I currently have 2 sensor paper weights.

This opens new avenues and interesting app developments that really are the future. Looking forward to this expanding and improving as it really is a ground floor opportunity that will go sky high, given the possibilities.

A really neat bit of kit, and this app pulls all the strings together. Buy the sensor first before downloading, otherwise it will not make sense.
