What a fantastic app! As a chemistry educator and chemistry modeling researcher, this is exactly the type of visualization students need to be able to understand nanoscale shapes and interactions/bonding! I hope you’ll consider developing other chemistry visualizations such as solutions chemistry and other more complex ones in the future!
