The Struggle Well (SW) app is where you keep walking the path from struggle to strength and growth — alongside the people who understand the journey.

Built on Posttraumatic Growth (PTG), Struggle Well rests on a simple truth: struggle, faced with the right tools and the right people, can become the foundation for a stronger, more meaningful life. This app is where you continue your work by staying connected, practicing, and growing in community
