Inside the app, alumni from Struggle Well programs will find ways to connect with each other, track their growth and receive continuing education related to the concepts of posttraumatic growth and the regulation practices they have been introduced to.

I love this app! It’s such a wonderful idea and community. However, recently there seems to be a lot of glitches where things aren’t loading or everything freezes. I’ve also had others tell me that they can’t make posts.
