my man i gave you money for this and it doesn’t exist? your other app is cool, what’s up with this?! you should fix it cause this app would be amazing if it worked at all!

**Developer response:** Hey, really sorry about your experience — you're right to be frustrated and I completely understand.

Jam had some teething problems after launch that affected reliability for some users. We've worked through those issues now and things are significantly more stable — we're also actively monitoring the app going forward so we can catch anything quickly.

It's not the experience you paid for and that's on us. Glad you can see the potential though — if you give it another try you should find it in a much better place.

Literally nothing in this app works, only the loading screen

**Developer response:** Really sorry about this — getting stuck on the loading screen isn't something you should ever see and I completely understand the frustration.

Jam did go through some teething problems after launch that caused issues like this for some users. We've worked through those now and stability is much improved — we're also actively monitoring the app so we can stay on top of anything going forward.

One thing worth checking: Jam requires an active internet connection to load, so if you were on limited or no connectivity that could also have been a factor.
