Every time I press an app mindlessly out of habit or boredom and hardstop blocks it I think 'oh good! it is working' and I remember to leave my phone alone for a while.

I have this app on my phone and it really works well.  I tried to put it on my iPad and it doesn’t show the three icons on the bottom that allow you to select which apps to block and to be able to set a schedule.   Pretty massive bug that renders the app useless.  I sure hope they fix it!

I don't usually leave reviews, but HardStop genuinely deserves one. I used to open TikTok for just a couple of minutes, only to realize an hour had passed almost every night.

Since I started using HardStop, I've been reaching for my phone much less, and when an app gets blocked, I simply put my phone down instead of looking for ways around it.
