Stryde breaks down every workout and recommends me new training every day based off my recovery and past 100 workouts. I like how on interval days I can see segment paces for each interval. I also like that I can see analysis of each workout every day, and I know if my easy runs were actually easy. I’m currently training for a 5K race and hopefully I can reach sub 20! This app has helped me close the gap.
