This has been one of the most unreliable apps when it comes to tracking your child’s location. I raised concerns through the school and even contacted the app developer directly, but no action was taken despite multiple follow-ups. It’s disappointing to see such lack of responsiveness, especially for an app that’s meant to ensure children’s safety.

When I try to register it say go to Gems Connect  but it there is no option to register there.
