Stubhub protection is a  big scam !!! so risky to buy a ticket from stubhub..I buy BTS ticket but got canceled cause seller is a scammer..SH guarantee to me i will get replacement ticket on time but i didn’t hear anything from them till concert done ..I have been contacted them many times but still hopeless..smh !!!

This is the 3rd time Stub Hub has failed me!! This last time was the worst because I was in another country. I traveled to Tijuana Mexico for a soccer game. I payed for transportation, hotel, food etc… Stub Hub did not deliver my tickets and could not get me a replacement. They simply refunded the amount I paid and that’s it!! There was a much greater loss  than just the tickets!! This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional

I thought StubHub was safe/trustworthy but I was wrong- purchased theatre tickets only to find out when I scanned them at the venue from the StubHub app they were fake.

They are charging me an insane fee for a listing issue that their site caused.  It switched the row.  The system switched the row on four of my sales. And now they are charging me ridiculous fees for it. They suck.

Purchased 4 resale tickets +  parking pass from stubhub and got screwed, twice. The seller contacted stubhub directly and said that they sent me the wrong tickets, which I never received. So I bought 4 more tickets from stubhub and used them to get in to the concert. Stubhub wouldn’t refund the tickets that I purchased from them, even though the seller told them that they had made a mistake and the tix weren’t available. Have to go through my own credit card company to get a refund. Will never use stubhub again.
