My account works fine on the web. My iPhone is on a different email and the app won’t allow me to use my regular Google account that I signed into the app and have a subscription for in the web. The mobile app signs into the Google account supposedly, but then just defaults to my iPhone email. So none of my history is in the mobile app and it says I have the free version. It’s supposed to be renewed with my card. I tried to end my membership not working so I’m thinking I’ll just contact them after I’m able to get a refund and they can take the membership off my account and then I check how long the membership is for and I paid for weekly but my free trial and November 26 and then after I was billed my membership ended November 28 which is today and that means I only got like not even three days worth of the membership and they won’t respond to my contacting them ### 1/5 — Y’all ruined this app *2025-10-26, version 3.5.1* I used Studdy for a while now and it’s been pretty reliable for me as a middle school student, but I come back to using the app for eighth grade math, and I see how much you messed up your own app. It use to be 30 snaps a day for people on the free plan, but now it’s only 5 SNAPS A DAY! And now the only way to get more than five snaps a day, is to either share the app with other people or buy your ridiculously overpriced Studdy pro. Now you’re just using us as money and promotion. And half the time the answers aren’t even correct.
