## What is Student Housing?

Stay on top of your student home with the Student Housing app.

Designed for Student Housing tenants, the app brings your important tenancy information, documents and property services together in one simple place. Log in securely without a password using an email or SMS code, or a one-touch sign-in link.

YOUR HOME AT A GLANCE
View your current property and tenancy details from your home screen. If you live at, or are connected to, more than one Student Housing property, you can switch between addresses easily.

ENERGY MADE CLEAR
Keep an eye on electricity and gas usage, view monthly meter readings and understand your allowance usage. Energy information is tailored to your tenancy dates, helping you see a clear picture of your usage during your stay.

PAYMENTS AND TENANCY INFORMATION
Access your payment schedule in monthly or semesterly views. Where applicable, you can see any outstanding balance and review the details of your payments.

IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS
Find key tenancy documents whenever you need them, including tenancy agreements, payment schedules, check-in files and inventories. Documents open securely in the app for easy viewing.

REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE
Stay informed about maintenance requests at your property. View updates by status, review photos attached to requests and see completed repairs in one place. Need to report a new issue? You can quickly start a new maintenance request from the app.

HELP WHEN YOU NEED IT
Browse frequently asked questions by topic or search for an answer. You can also find contact information for the Student Housing team directly in the app.

UPCOMING VIEWINGS
See future viewings booked at your property, including the scheduled time, expected attendee count and the attending agent. You will only see information relevant to your home and tenancy.

The Student Housing app is built to make managing your student tenancy simpler, clearer and more convenient.
