Whenever I press the checkout button it just goes to a blank white screen and doesn’t work. Asked a manger about this to be told ‘it’s a you problem nothing I can do’. A few of my friends have the same issue. ### 1/5 — Won’t even process payment *2021-04-19, version 3.2.2* Then you have to hassle putting in your card details again. Awful. ### 1/5 — Awful. *2021-04-15, version 3.2.2* It’s just awful- I don’t even know how to explain how awful it is. ### 1/5 — Poor experience in general *2021-04-13, version 3.2.2* Where to start? Well, I’ve just tried to delete an old address and the app crashed and kicked me back to the Home Screen. I had to relaunch the app and sign in again. There’s no notifications for order updates like Deliveroo, Uber Eats etc. No way of tracking the progress of your order - even the domino’s app has that!! Granted this app was probably built to accommodate COVID, and at short notice. But surely there’s another version coming soon?? The customer experience with this app is just rubbish! Stick with Just Eat! ### 1/5 — Campus drop *2020-10-15, version 3.2.2* I ordered off campus drop- no clear indication of when the order will show up, no tracking in any way I selected 2030 and it’s lates but no way of finding out where the order is as the only number provided is the student union reception which isn’t open at night there should be an out of hours number for out of hours deliveries ### 1/5 — Terrible UI design *2020-09-11, version 2.4.0* The UI design of this app seems like it was made in 2 minutes by a 5 year old child. It’s terribly optimised to IOS, have to repeat information a ridiculous amount. Only a very small amount of the information actually saves. ### 1/5 — Badly engineered *2020-08-07, version 2.3.1* Incredibly poorly engineered. Constant problems with data not filing. Ironically it lets you sign up for an account using Apple Pay… but you can’t pay with Apple Pay. Turns out you can’t pay at all - payment just failed. Then got stuck with wirring loading screen of death. Ended up leaving the venue because staff said there was no other way to pay… ok then BYE. ### 1/5 — Appalling *2021-05-27, version 3.2.2* Just awful. ### 1/5 — Couldn’t order *2021-05-09, version 3.2.2* Won’t accept my address and won’t allow me to delete them.
