Terrible customer service. I sold my ticket and no one gave me updates or explanations on why my money was not delivered. They give you no real way to get in touch with them. Their email is an account with my reply option and no number or way to call a real person. Also have a really high fee. Do not use.

Push notifications do not work, making it impossible to reliably sell tickets. The “remember me for 7 days” never seems to work. You can’t delete the first digit in a ticket price once it’s typed in, meaning you have to completely remove the listing to change the price. All that among many many more UI glitches.

**Developer response:** I’m sorry you’ve experienced those issues, but thank you for your feedback. We will immediately look into these issues and fix them in our next app update which releases next week (first week Dec 2025)! I hope you can give us another chance in the future!

Edit: Hi, we looked into both of these issues and found that they did exist. Remember Me and editing your listing price have been fixed! These fixes will be available in the app within the next 7 days. Again, we truly apologize for these issues and thank you for your feedback as it has helped us improve our app!

I tried to use the Student Seats platform to sell my football ticket for today’s game, but unfortunately, the app was completely buggy. I couldn’t log into my account a few hours before the game. either through their website or the app. It was really frustrating because on a game day, they should have reliable customer service, but they didn’t respond to my emails and there’s no phone number to contact them. Even messaging them on Instagram didn’t help.
Honestly, this kind of technical issue is a big problem for us students, especially on an important day like a football game when a lot of people rely on the app. I hope they realize how much inconvenience this causes and improve their support and platform stability. Thanks.

**Developer response:** Hi, we know we let a lot of students down Saturday, that’s our fault and we sincerely apologize. Our servers simply weren’t scaled to handle the amount of people that were trying to buy tickets and we were unprepared. We have already begun to implement fixes for this and it should never happen again. We are also expanding our customer support team to be able to provide 24/7 customer support. I, the founder, am usually the one answering those, but as you said, it is just not a great experience for the user if I can’t or there is a delay. We hope you give us another try and we will do everything in our power to make sure we are fully operational on gamedays!

allow studentseats to track me across other apps and websites? are you kidding me? and the fees are crazy. and don't get me started on the app, why have an app if it's just your website crammed into an app? and student ambassadors who are probably most of your reviews, literally paid to say nice things. yall are basically a temu SeatStock and it shows

**Developer response:** This review is completely unfounded. First, Student Seats absolutely never requests to track you across other apps or websites. That claim is completely untrue. Second, we actually pride ourselves on having low fees and no seller fees at all (unlike certain competitors). Third, our app is a fully native app, not just a web wrapper. And regarding reviews, our reviews are always genuine and never paid for.
