This app and the Studentcare service does not work. Myself and several other students at my institution are told to use this app and the claims just never go through. Don’t bother, submit directly through your provider.

I cannot tell you how strongly I dislike this app. It continuously logs me out and forces me to start the process of filing a claim over and over again. They couldn’t make it more difficult to file a claim. I strongly recommend the app creators spend time fixing the bugs so it may be used joyfully by users.
