As a resident whose apartment uses this app, it appears that it’s main use (in addition to making maintenance requests) is for the property manager to make announcements to all of the residents. Given that this is the main purpose of the app, it’s annoying that there have been several instances where important announcements have been sent out but I didn’t know until days later because the notification system is very spotty and has only worked probably 40% of the time.

As a resident this has been by far one of the best living situations I have experienced. Very helpful RA. All questions, and concerns answers through app.

As a property manager who’s used to using lots of paper, this app has made my job a lot easier, and is saving the trees! I’m able to save time by sending all residents announcements with the click of a button as opposed to going door to door and posting notices. & I’m able to readily see all maintenance requests in one unified spot. While there are many other features that are a time saver, overall the app allows me to focus directly on my residents. I hope this becomes the norm for property managers!
