Lorsque l’on tente l’essai d’un abonnement avec 7 jours gratuit il est impossible de le résilier et ils prélèvent l’argent malgré des demandes par mails/messages de résiliation. Et ils se permettent en plus de ça d’augmenter le montant prélever qui passe de 28,99€ à 48,99€. N’installer pas cette application et ne prenez surtout pas d’abonnement. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2025-02-22, version 1.7.5* Une application totalement détestable, des fautes aberrantes dans des exercices et flashcards simples. Une IA ne sachant pas faire de mises en texte correctes, et enfin une fonctionnalité de prise de photos d'exercices n'ayant jamais marchée après multiples essais. J'ai résilié avant la fin de ma période d'essai gratuite, pourtant un bon prélèvement de 50€ sur mon compte, sympa. Soit, après envoyer un mail, pas de réponse, 3 mois plus tard, une nouvelle tentative de prélèvement! Une dizaine d'appels où l'on m'a répondu 2 fois max en me disant qu'ils verront pour résilier. 2 semaines plus tard toujours des tentatives de prélèvement et aucune réponse.
