I find the instructors attentive and knowledgeable on the explanation on how you go into each shape. Really enjoyable.

I’ve been doing Pilates for 10 years now and this is hands down my most favorite place. The pricing is amazing and all the instructors are so different so I never get bored and never come away disappointed. Each class will push you but stretch you at the same time. It’s like a remedial massage but with gains 💪
I leave feeling energised and ready to seize the day haha !
