For the price, I’d hope that we’d at least get consistent audio quality. No hate, but please trouble shoot! ### 3/5 — Technical issues *2022-08-22, version 1.4.1* I love the classes, really truly do, but there is almost always some technical issues - no sound, live is under the wrong class name, not available for 24 hours after. :( ### 2/5 — Disappointed *2022-03-07, version 1.1* I joined this for the virtual live classes opportunity. Unfortunately the couple of classes I have attended have all had issues, such as, the video froze in the beginning for 10 mins, instructors do not wear mics so you can’t hear them if you’re virtual and when the lights are off it is very hard to see the instructors. I’d recommend instructors always wearing mics and having someone watch the live stream to make sure it is always working. All things that can be worked out but some necessary improvements needed to hang on to virtual only customers! Love the concept so hoping they listen to feedback! **Developer response:** Hi! I can’t attend any of the live classes so am using 100% on demand classes and this app is not for those whose schedule is inflexible. There are only handful of classes that are available on demand and saved live classes are hard to see as they were recorded in dark room. Hope they come out with more on demand classes. And one of the video just ended in the middle of the work out! :( **Developer response:** Hi! Thank you for your review! New On Demand classes will be added each month. We also have a Playback feature that allows most live streamed classes to be saved for 24 hours after it has been live streamed. That way, if you miss the live class you have the option to go back and attend class. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Great idea poor execution *2023-11-17* I joined for the live classes but 90% of the time when I try to view the class either camera is off, the sound is not working, the times aren’t updated on the app so you can’t even access the livestream, the class was cancelled or changed but no update was made on the app, etc., etc. I’ve reached out the studio for help but I just get “sorry”. ### 1/5 — AUDIO MISSING and classes extremely limited *2023-04-07* The on-demand classes/videos are so minimal that the only worth on the app is streaming the live classes. However when the audio is 100% missing (and is awful audio at best) even the live classes can’t be followed or enjoyed. Really bad. They never respond to requests or feedback or technical issues, and there is no way this app is worth continuing to pay $10/month. ### 1/5 — Please fix sound!! *2022-12-30, version 1.7.1* No hate, love the workouts but the audio is TERRIBLE! Please fix! ### 1/5 — App never works *2022-10-17, version 1.5.0* I’m very frustrated with this app. Every time I try to do a class it shows a grey rectangle with the name of the class and who the instructor is but when I click on the class the the video never loads. Other times I can see a picture instead of a grey rectangle and the class will load but then it freezes. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling but that didn’t help. My internet connection is fine. I don’t have time to wait around for this app. ### 1/5 — App constantly won’t load *2022-10-15, version 1.5.0* I just downloaded the app a couple days ago and purchased a subscription. When I try to open the app the screen just spins and never opens. I have tried deleting the app and re-installing and the same thing happens. My internet works fine and all of my other apps are working. Waste of money! ### 1/5 — Help needed with app *2022-03-27, version 1.1* So I downloaded the app but when I open it nothing happens. There are no classes, no menus, nada. Just a black and white screen that says Live & on Demand classes. I can’t sign up or access them. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling and nada. PLEASE fix the audio, please. ### 2/5 — I wanted to love it!! *2023-07-15* This app is pretty easy to use, you can click on the past three days of classes. The three problems I have that remove three stars for me- 1. The classes aren’t labeled correctly. Some classes you click and there are two classes combined into one video. And some classes you click and it’s the wrong video. 2. The video freezes every 3-5 seconds for about the same amount of time so you can’t follow along. 3. The instructors are wearing headsets so I’m not sure why they aren’t hooked up to the video. You can’t hear anything the instructors are saying because the video only links up to music. ### 2/5 — Good Concept, But Glitchy & Not As Advertised *2022-04-14, version 1.2* I do love the instructors at the studio. The classes are really high-quality and I was very excited to be able to do them virtually, at my own time with previously recorded sessions. However, it is not as advertised. Not all of the classes are available 24 hours after they were live. I have yet to be able to access a High Fitness class after the scheduled time. The majority of the times for the classes in the morning and in the evenings do not work for my schedule. I like the concept that they are previously recorded and available for 24 hours, so I can do them in the afternoon. I was just disappointed to find that of the four classes that were scheduled this morning, only one is available as a previously recorded session. It’s disappointing to not be getting what I’m paying for. All classes should be available as a previously recorded session for 24 hours- as stated. I have been a member for a few weeks now and have reported this problem multiple times with no avail. ### 2/5 — Review of app *2022-03-19, version 1.1* Needs improvement: 1. Live class times should be in users time zone 2. On demand videos are constantly pausing to buffer 3. All videos are super high quality. I love being able to track all of my fitness stats in the progress center that shows the muscles I’m working out and calories I’m burning in each class. These instructors are excellent and I love the format. I love seeing the class following as well as the instructor. So far, I have tried and love High Fitness and Surge Fit. The app might have some glitches, but I am sure that it will continue to improve. After trying a few other home workout apps, I am so grateful to have found this app through Rachel Parcell on Instagram.
