## What is Studio Ledger?

Know who attended and who still owes you. Keep your students, classes and payment records together, without juggling spreadsheets.

Studio Ledger helps independent instructors and small studios keep a clear record of every class.

KNOW WHO OWES YOU
• See student balances and outstanding class charges.
• Review overdue balances before your next class.
• Record payments and apply them to the oldest outstanding charges.

TAKE ATTENDANCE IN SECONDS
• Organize students into class groups and rosters.
• Start a group class or a direct session.
• Mark attendance and create the class charges in your ledger.

KEEP EVERY PAYMENT ORGANIZED
• Review attendance and payment history in one place.
• Keep a record of the payments you receive outside the app.
• Choose USD or MXN as your display currency during studio setup.

START FREE ON ONE DEVICE
No account required. The free version includes up to 15 students, one group and one charge event per day. Your local records stay on that device unless you confirm migration to the cloud.

STUDIO LEDGER PRO
The optional monthly, auto-renewing subscription adds cloud sync, multiple groups, more than 15 students and additional charge events. The price and billing period are shown before purchase. Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store subscription settings.
