StudioNinja has automated so much of the tasks so we can give even more time to our families ### 5/5 — CRM simplified (but powerful.) *2018-03-13, version 1.0* By far the most user-centred company I’ve come across in my years as a professional photographer. They listen, interact, and regularly take action in direct response to what their customers ask for and suggest. It’s an absolute breath of fresh air. The software itself - in both app and online/web formats - is simple but super powerful. Not really sure how I managed for so long without it. It’s given me back a lot of time and honestly, I’m not even using it to it’s fullest capacity yet. Clients get their own online portal for quotes, payments (CC accepted in a couple of clicks when linked with Stripe), questionnaires, and if you’re a ShootProof user like me, you can link your galleries as well so the UX for your clients is further streamlined and simplified. Xero and Quickbooks are both integrated to help with that side of things and the overall look and usability of StudioNinja is clean and intuitive. I’ve been using this CRM since its inception and given the rapid growth and development in that short time, I’m excited to see what the future will bring. Rapt with the present! It’s sped up my workflow and made life so much easier! They have awesome customer service, always open to ideas and continuously evolving the software. I tried a lot of different CRM type systems before finding Studio Ninja. It’s the best I tried hands down and now they’ve added the app, it’s even better. Now all my client data, invoicing, workflow, contracts, questionnaires, product info and more are in one place, one app which I can access anywhere. As a Mum of 3 and a business owner my business has to be mobile and on the move so I can respond to clients whilst sitting at soccer or ballet or in my office. Highly recommend this app! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — No customer support *2024-12-16, version 3.0.3* Been emailing them for over 2 months no responce.. ### 1/5 — App keeps crashing *2024-06-09, version 3.0.2* A large part of the screen on the mobile app is occupied by what can only be described as an advert "More clients. Less admin." That's annoying and unnecessary but I could put up with it if it weren't for the fact that the app keeps crashing, which makes it unfit for purpose. ### 1/5 — Poor customer service *2023-12-04, version 3.0.2* Disappointed in the customer service, signed up to a free trial and I was charged - tried to navigate the software and realized I didn't have the capacity to move platforms until The new year as need time to learn it. I was frustrated I was charged so I e mailed immediately and requested cancellation and refund. I initiated this on the app but noticed at the end of November I hadn't been refunded and had been charged another few times!! Contacted them for them to tell me I hadn't cancelled and they wouldn't refund despite the e mail request I'd initially sent. I was going to return to the platform to learn it next year but this has put me off. They told me 'I hadn't cancelled' not sure what happened to the customer is right, but it's clear I sent the e mail to cancel. Frustrating. ### 1/5 — Very outdated design on All levels *2021-10-30, version 2.8.0* Not the nicest design iv seen. Cool and useful tool but the design isn’t that great. I wouldn’t have known what it was unless you actually look at what the features are. Studio ninja isn’t very catchy- I thought it was close to fruit ninja or something like the game where you cut fruit in half with your fingers. ### 2/5 — Unreliable app *2020-02-21, version 1.12.8* I love Studio Ninja, but their mobile app is honestly useless.
