### 1/5 — iPhone14に機種変更怖、ログインが出来ない

アプリのダウンロードは出来ますが、会員番号に何か一文字でも打とうとすると強制的にアプリが終了します。旧機種はそのままログイン出来ますが、いつかは返却しなければならないのでとても困っています。

機種変更後に、ログインをしようとしたら「無効な会員」と表示されログインが出来ないし、パスワード再設定も出来ない。
ヘルプも問い合わせもログイン画面内に表示が無いので、電話で休業日明けに問い合わせようかと思うが、原因が何か気になります。
画面表示の仕様も問い合わせ等のフォームリンクがついているとありがたいかなと。

※iphone7では使用できていたのが、機種を新しいものに変更したら生じた事象。

「予約ができる」というのはマストな機能のはず、、、
ポイント管理だけするなら

メアド登録確認メール飛ばないので、ログインできなくなったらアカウントが終わる。ポイントも使えなくなる。
どこでもチェックインできてしまう。
