Extremely inconvenient for anyone who books random classes through the week. These fitness class apps really need two functions - book your class and sync to the calendar. Super annoying when one doesn’t work ### 3/5 — Good, but still has bugs *2026-02-26* Bug#1: the add to calendar button that appears immediately after booking a class does not work. I have to back to the booking and use the other add button. Bug#2: when booking back to back classes none of the add to calendar buttons work. ### 3/5 — Latest app is terrible *2025-12-02* Give us back the “spots available” on the main booking page! We want to see if we’re going to a big class or a small class. We want to be able to text our friends and tell them to join us, but there’s no point if a class is full. Please fix this. ### 3/5 — Lil glitchy and Buggy *2023-08-18* Hey guys please fix bugs on next update When I remove the app (swipe up on phone) from history it logs me out and I click back into it and log back in and my classes and passes are all gone, until I wait for a while and they will be there when I look again. Booking classes is seamless and effective and I like how it adds to calendar . Wish there was a change email/phone option on account settings. ### 2/5 — cannot login *2023-03-23* App is good to check timetable. Lots of people with same issue. ### 1/5 — Notification bubble glitch *2021-03-11, version 5.101.0* No matter what I do I can’t get rid of the red notification bubble on the app. Please fix this glitch it’s driving me nuts! ### 3/5 — Somewhat irritating..... *2021-03-06* Generally a good app for booking classes, sync—ing to calendar etc, but there are a few irritating quirks. I’m glad someone else has the same problem I do, with it shouting all the time on the Home Screen that there’s a notification when there isn’t. Cant get rid of it by uninstalling and re-installing or any of the settings. So either it’s a bug which should be pretty simple to fix, or it’s part of a new icon - in which case, it’s offensive. Multiple bookings still don’t seem to work consistently - weirdly it seems to on certain days of the week and not others; and it’d be much nicer if, after you made a booking, you were returned to the calendar on the day of that last booking and not the date on which you started to make a run of bookings. With the way it is, if you’re trying to make 3 or 4 weeks of booking, you either spend ages scrolling, or you have to exit bookings and restart from a new date. For the rest, it’s good, easy to look at and easy to use ### 2/5 — Notifications *2021-03-02* The app works well, must’ve been since the last update though the 1 symbol is sat above my app indicating a notification. No matter what I do, I can’t get rid of it. I don’t have any notifications, I have signed out of the app & have also deleted it & re-installed it. Quite frustrating to not be able to get rid of it. ### 1/5 — Losing money as can’t reschedule classes *2021-03-02* The app is hopeless. I’ve been getting an ‘unknown error’ message for months. Have deleted and reinstalled, etc., and nothing seems to fix it. The landline to my studio is disconnected so I have NO WAY to make contact and reschedule if I’m unable to make a class. Disappointing ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Glitch in the system *2025-07-16* I booked a morning class for me and my daughter on both of our accounts from my phone, when I booked the app on my daughters phone didn’t update with the new class. We went to the class and she got denied entry into it 🤦‍♀️. I honestly expected better. ### 1/5 — Extremely bad *2024-03-13, version 6.304.0* Have been told the app glitches and it has changed expiry dates so often I keep screenshots. If you have more than one pack it randomly takes from both. The payment info isn’t the same as what’s on the credit card. I’ve missed classes and have not been able to sign up as much as I’d like to. ### 1/5 — Language has changed to French *2023-01-22, version 5.602.0* App has suddenly changed to French language. iPhone is set to English and Preferred App Language is set to English. Makes it very difficult to book classes! The studio staff a very helpful whee when you call direct, however the purpose of the app is to make class booking easy! When the app breaks during a challenge, and no-one gets back to you, it is EXCEPTIONALLY annoying (the opposite to what the business is hoping to achieve). ### 1/5 — Is anyone reading these reviews? *2022-09-26, version 5.403.0* Not sure anyone is reading these reviews as the app needs serious work.You can’t scroll to see most recipes so the ingredients are cut off. Would be easier if you could scroll left out right to get to the next one. I tried to add my weight and it told me I needed to sign up for the 6 week challenge. I have already. I was half was through writing this review and it bounced me back to the Home Screen. The app is frustrating and not worth using. More affordable than most pilates in the area, they have reformers (some studios only have mat :( bummer) and they list which instructors will be leading each class.
