Nice work Studiohop!! ### 2/5 — Lots of room for improvement *2019-12-25, version 1.3.7* I gave it more than 1 Star because the classpass membership can be a great value depending on what classes you take. BUT, the user interface is not good. You can’t filter and sort studios based on your location (the chances of me going to a studio 20 miles away is slim)...or I haven’t figured out how. I can’t even read what most of the reviews of the reviewed studios/class say through the app. They don’t include detailed info like classpass, such as where to park or how to prepare for class, which classpass does have. Also, cancelled classes do not automatically cancel and you have to cross check everything (I cross check on the studios actual website and with classpass since they are up to date and reliable). I hope they fix this but seems like this has been an issue from previous reviews over a year old so... maybe not. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2019-12-17, version 1.3.7* App doesn’t match classes I signed up for via computer. No “live” customer service. Will not sign up again!!! ### 2/5 — No updates on cancelled classes and customer service is nonexistent *2018-09-01, version 1.3.4* I tried to reserve a spot in a class but only ended up with error messages. After sending multiple emails and getting no response I was somehow able to schedule a class for a couple days out but when I showed up for the class the studio told me they canceled the class a week ago and StudioHop often does not update/notify you or refund your class if it is canceled. StudioHop does not have as many studios as ClassPass and customer service help is basically nonexistent. ### 1/5 — Useless *2018-06-14, version 1.3.1* Always gives an error. Never been able to use. Allow more seamless searching of studios. Also please start allowing users to book more than 1 class per day on unlimited! ### 1/5 — App is glitchy and interface is terrible. *2017-07-20, version 1.0.7* The app is always glitchy and the interface is awful. In comparison to Class Pass it doesn't stand a chance. You can't search for classes around your area and cancelling classes seems to always have issues (which is a problem in itself since you can only book one class a day and they fine you if you miss class). The app also only lets you book 4 classes at a time unlike Class Pass and the feature where you can see what classes your friends are taking doesn't exist. All around not a good app for a service provider and the customer service is non existent. ### 1/5 — Barely functional *2017-05-26, version 1.0.5* Most of the time I open it, all I get is the loading screen. Where do I find a list of the studios? There is a studio search option where I enter the studio name but I just want to see a list of all participating studios. Additionally, when I attempt to filter on the fitness/exercise type it appears that the app has a difficult time displaying just those classes. I'm going back to using the full webpage.
