## What is StudioTrackr?

StudioTrackr is the all-in-one studio CRM for tattoo artists, piercers and other creative studio professionals. 
A native app for iPhone, iPad and Mac.

Spend less time on paperwork and more time on your craft. 
Your client book, sessions, payments, consent forms, inventory, team and revenue live in one beautifully designed app.

CLIENT BOOK 
• Complete client records: contact details, Instagram handle, birth date, notes and full session history 
• Automatic duplicate warnings when adding a client you may already have 
• Blacklist flag so everyone in the studio is warned before booking

SESSIONS & PAYMENTS 
• Log every session with client, artist, service, tags, notes and VAT rate 
• Split payments across cash, card, Payconiq and bank transfer 
• Day view for your agenda, plus filtered lists by artist, service, tag or client

DIGITAL CONSENT FORMS 
• Upload your own consent forms as PDF templates 
• Clients read and sign on-screen with a finger or Apple Pencil, with guardian signing for minors 
• A tamper-proof signed PDF is generated on the device: signature, name and date stamped on every page, plus a signature page with verification hashes 
• Signed documents are stored with the session as immutable legal records, they can never be altered or deleted

TEAM & ROLES 
• Invite team members by email as admin or employee, internal or freelancer 
• Employees only see their own sessions and their own numbers 
• Set a studio share percentage per member — employees see their revenue after the studio’s cut

DASHBOARD & INSIGHTS 
• Revenue trends over the last 10 months, average session value and new clients, always compared with the previous period 
• Revenue breakdown per team member for owners and admins 
• A personal dashboard for employees, including earnings after studio share

INVENTORY 
• Track your supplies with minimum-stock thresholds and low-stock alerts on your dashboard
