I was able to secure an offer from the German Public University-Trier University, MS Data Science for Winter 2025, which I truly appreciate. Ashu Goswami and Abdul were also very helpful during the application process, staying in regular contact and ensuring things moved smoothly. Dipanshu assisted me with my blocked account setup, Health Insurance, and Travel Insurance, and Ayush Gupta helped me with my visa process. Overall, I found the service quite helpful and supportive. I had a terrible experience and would strongly advise others to think twice before using their services. It has been more than two months and my application is still “under review” with no proper updates or timelines. The staff is highly unprofessional and completely unresponsive. Every time I follow up, I get the same vague response without any real progress. My coaches were Niharika Sharma and Rishabh Tyagi, and instead of helping me, they only wasted my time. I even switched my coach from Rishabh Tyagi(Noida Branch) to Niharika Sharma(Rajouri branch), since Niharika assured me that she will be doing my procedure for USA as well and also influenced me by stating that Rishabh Tyagi is not at all professional and he don’t know how to do the application. She also said there would be no fees, but later asked for payment, which I never agreed to. Eventually, my USA application was dropped. After that, I proceeded with Australia, and even there, it has been over two months and the status is still “under review.” This is the worst consultancy experience I have ever had. I am writing to express my concerns and dissatisfaction regarding an issue with the SIM card provided under my Leverage One subscription. I am currently studying at Middle Six University, Dubai, and had subscribed to Leverage One, which included a SIM card. However, the SIM card provided was a UK number, despite my residency in Dubai. This caused significant inconvenience, especially during my initial months here. When I inquired multiple times about replacing the UK SIM card with a Dubai number, I was informed by your support team that the UK number would work in Dubai. However, this was not a feasible solution. My concern was simple: being in Dubai, I needed a local number for ease of communication. For instance, friends or acquaintances in Dubai would find it inconvenient to call or contact me on a UK number. Additionally, the activation process for the UK SIM card did not work as intended. To make matters worse, the SIM card arrived at my home in India several days after I had already left for Dubai. By the time it arrived, it was rendered useless for me. As a result, I had to purchase a local Dubai SIM card out of my own pocket. This entire experience has been disappointing, especially considering the cost of the subscription. I expected better support and prompt service in providing a local number, which is a basic necessity for someone staying in a foreign country. I kindly request you to address this matter and provide a resolution to ensure no other student faces similar issues in the future. Unfortunately, my experience with Leverage Edu has been nothing short of a nightmare. They aggressively push their plans onto you, even when you’re not interested. If you don’t have the funds, they conveniently arrange a loan through Techfino Capital Private Limited (TCPL), leaving you financially trapped. Now, I’m struggling financially because of this loan, and when I decided to cancel my plan, Leverage Edu refused to cooperate. Despite my repeated requests, they are not ready to cancel the plan or provide any refunds. This entire situation has forced me to consider legal action against them. If you’re thinking of using Leverage Edu’s services, please be cautious. They seem more interested in making money off you than genuinely helping with your education or career. When I joined there was so such system of premium accounts. Almost my work was done when this came. I was forced to take this premium account and they took 80000rs from me. When I complained I was assured a refund. It has been 9-10 months now there is no refund. I mailed the team and they said sorry you are eligible for refund. My wife in her post graduation have applied for re-evaluation in some of the courses due to which her scores increased by some marks. And their experienced team is not getting this so difficult concept of revaluation. They are verifying my wife’s mark-sheets with the provisional results and not with the final results(that were published after re-evaluation). Now they are denying any service. Even a school kid can understand this simple thing that the provisional result published can be different from the result published after reappears and re-evaluations but their team can’t and they are claiming my wife’s mark-sheets as fake. ### 1/5 — Worst *2022-09-12, version 1.16.94* Couldn’t find a worse consultancy. First they were good until I paid the enrollment fee. I was assigned a coach who explained me how I needed to forget the path I wanted and choose an entirely different one. Then I had some difficulties with the finances so I told my coach to find some college in my budget and help me with the rest via scholarships if possible. He ghosted me for 3 straight days. Even I asked my student counsellor why he wasn’t replying and she said he wasn’t picking up any of their calls and after 5 minutes of this conversation my coach posted a Whatsapp story enjoying somewhere. Then he had the guts to tell the office that I wasn’t picking up his calls or returning his texts. This is how these people play you. ### 1/5 — Worst experience *2022-08-01, version 1.16.4* I was looking for some help from the team and they connected me before payments they were answering the calls and doing all the stuff . After the payment has been done i was looking for the help of SOP but the SOP that they gave me is full of mistakes and even a 10th standard person can do better than them . And they was just forcing me to get all the services from them but the way they treated and handled my case is totally unprofessional They stoped answering my call they started delaying my text and they said they will refund my money but that is still not done yet . My mom called my allotted counselor to inquire about the different courses available, except for mph. She said she would send me the course shortlist, but she didn't. Even after I messaged her, her reply was the same. I ended up picking up the call with another counselor. After all of this, she finally sent me the shortlist, but it turned out to be a college shortlist instead of a course shortlist. I also asked her to verify if the number I received a call from belongs to leverage, and she said she would look into it, but as usual, she didn't. Not to mention, she doesn't guide me properly regarding the TOEFL exam. I paid 14k for the TOEFL exams through the generated link she sent me, but she didn't even bother to call me. I have to say, the service is very poor and disappointing.
