A quick social media break can easily turn into 30 minutes.

Study Focus is a focus timer designed to help you take breaks without losing your study rhythm.

When a focus session starts, the apps you choose are automatically blocked. When it’s time for a break, they become available again. Once the break ends, they’re blocked automatically so you can move on to your next focus session.
