It makes no sense so much is missing from the app. AND DO NOT BUY FROM ETS PRAXIS. However the technical issues are ridiculous. Multiple times its crashed and given me an error that “Video lessons are not part of my plan”. Every time I’ve had to just sit and wait for it to work again. Usually a day or two. When you’re studying for exams those one or two days can make or break you. The website gives you more than just the video transcript - some lessons have more detailed lesson along with the video transcript, which helps with the quizzes as the videos don’t covert everything that is in the detailed lesson. I just read one lesson that had vocabulary and definitions at the end of the transcript - I wish all lessons had that - it is very helpful. I would recommend signing into the site for studying instead of using the app. ### 2/5 — Too expensive!!! *2026-02-07, version 2.1.25* Don’t get me wrong, it’s a good app if you want to expand your knowledge for school or for your personal use. My good God 95 dollars a month??!!! You wild’n! Why are you charging people 95 a month? Education is essential and it should be free. This app was a complete waste of money. Nothing they practiced you on was relevant. The videos they gave you, quizzes, and practice exam were relevant to the information you are tested on. Again, this is a complete waste of money. I have to take two classes from this joke of a place and their information in the courses is so over-simplified, out-dated, and subjective, that it is nearly impossible to even guess what they think correct answers are. And if you need to take the final exam in the class?? Get ready for the most explosively annoying experience in your education. They take pictures of your driver’s license and then the system freezes and you have to start all over again. It’s like they want you so angry that you won’t do well on the final. I reported problems with information presented and they proceeded to change the answer but not the question. Versus a complete flash card set they are separated into categories with only two terms then you have to go into each set. Quizlet style would include a complete set. Same with video. I sent in several customer service tickets and have yet to receive a response. Very disappointing and upsetting. There is no real person to call or talk to which is terrible customer service. Although the format of the exam consists of 11 or so Case Studies that essentially build off of one another, while hitting the core principles of that name a competent clinician, I find the multiple choice style of questions to be helpful and informative in that it you LEARN while you PRACTICE (simulation exam).
